Bernie McCahill (director)

Bernie is an ex All Black, and was in the successful World Cup Team of 1987. He went on to be a professional coach for the Harlequins in the UK for 2 years prior to returning to New Zealand to work for 6 years in the very successful McCahill family business. Green and McCahill was established in the early 1950's and is no doubt the most well known earthmoving business in New Zealand.
Bernie has done all sorts of sub-contracting work and in the past couple of years has been involved in property developing, speculating and investing. He had purchased a number of StepLadder properties, liked the concept and has now decided to invest into the comany.

Ryan Castle (director)

Ryan completed a Bachelor of Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce at the University of Auckland. Since then his career has been focused on operations management, information technology and business coaching. Ryan began property investing whilst still at university and attributes much of his financial success to an active interest in property. This interest has lead him to become a director of StepLadder Ltd where he has a genuine interest in showing others how to greatly increase their wealth through low risk property investment.
When not working Ryan can probably be found at the beach with his wife and young family or training for his next multi sport adventure.

Mary-Anne Lenny (sales manager)

Mary-Anne has worked as a financial accountant in Auckland for 26 years. She first worked in an Accountancy firm for 10 years in West Auckland, which included a specialist client advisory role on their in-house systems and procedures. Since then, she had three other positions as a Financial Controller, each spanning 5 years before moving to a Property Investment Company in late 2005.
Mary-Anne and her husband have built a significant property portfolio with significant equity as well as generating passive income in a remarkably short period of time. This has been based on their dedication and commitment of time and financial resources to their own education, and taking action to ensure this knowledge was put into practice. This experience and knowledge underpinned by her financial focus will provide a safe and secure sounding board for your piece of mind. Mary-Anne and has previously gained 3rd place in the New Zealand Property Investor of the Year awards.
Mary-Anne mentors her clients, and conducts seminars around New Zealand educating clients interested in Investment Properties.
